Polyvinyl acetal flat enameled aluminum wire is a special enameled wire that combines polyvinyl acetal resin insulation coating and flat aluminum conductor. It is mainly used in the field of electrical insulation, especially in transformers, motors and other equipment.
High temperature hydrolysis resistance: Acetal enameled wire (including polyvinyl formal and acetal) has a low temperature resistance level (105°C~120°C), but it shows excellent high temperature hydrolysis resistance in humid environments such as oil-immersed transformers. This is the key reason for its long-term application in large transformers.
Mechanical properties: The coating has high insulation, wear resistance and adhesion, and is suitable for bearing mechanical stress, such as friction during winding.
Chemical stability: It is soluble in solvents such as acetone and ethanol, which is easy to process; it is resistant to transformer oil and refrigerants, but has poor moisture resistance.
High space utilization: The flat shape is easier to arrange tightly than the round enameled wire, which improves the coil slot full rate and is suitable for designs with limited space.
Heat dissipation and current carrying capacity: The cross-sectional area is large, the heat dissipation effect is good, it can carry a larger current, and extend the life of the equipment.

Transformer: Acetal enameled flat wire is often used as transposed conductor in oil-immersed transformers. It is widely recognized for its oil resistance and hydrolysis resistance, especially in large transformers.
Motors and electronic components: Suitable for motor windings, precision electronic components and other scenes that require high insulation and flexibility.
