Glass-fiber-covered rectangular wire is a flat winding wire with multiple layers of heat-resistant glass fiber wrapped around the conductor. It uses copper (or aluminum) as the conductor, with the surface evenly wrapped with glass fiber and treated with a special heat-resistant varnish or paint-free finish. This gives it excellent electrical insulation properties while also being resistant to high temperatures and mechanical wear, making it suitable for long-term operation in harsh environments.

Construction:

Conductor: High-purity oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum, offering excellent conductivity.

Insulation: Multiple layers of evenly wound glass yarn, with varying thickness and material available upon request.

Impregnation: Optional heat-resistant varnish impregnation or heat setting treatment enhances wear and moisture resistance.
